Did you know that Google includes a section on mobile usability in their console? Yes, an increasing number of users use their phones to search for information. If your site is not optimized for mobile devices you are losing customers.
Your website should be responsive; that is, it should adapt to the device it is being viewed on. It should also have convenience features like clickable phone numbers so clients and prospective clients can call you easily. If you have a contact form, make sure it is simple and straight forward. Humans are impatient and will not wade through a lengthy form on their phone. Perhaps you should have one form for mobile devices and another for desktop devices. Remember, you are not the audience.
