WordPress Migrations & Rescues
If your current site is on the wrong platform, was built by someone you’ve lost touch with, or is held together with duct tape and worry — we can help. We specialize in moving sites onto WordPress (from Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, custom systems, and older WordPress builds) and rescuing sites that have been broken, neglected, or built poorly.
Migration services include:

Includes:
- Plugin, theme, and core WordPress updates, tested before deployment
- Daily backups stored offsite
- Security monitoring and malware scanning
- Uptime monitoring
- Performance monitoring and ongoing optimization — page speed, Core Web Vitals, image and caching tuning
- Monthly health reports
- Priority support — direct line to Tim, not a ticket queue
- Managed hosting available as part of higher-tier plans

- Discovery. We start with a real conversation — your business, your goals, your current site, your audience, your constraints. No generic intake forms. No 40-question questionnaire. Just a focused conversation that tells us what success looks like.
- Proposal. You get a clear, fixed-scope proposal with deliverables, timeline, and pricing in writing. No surprises mid-project, no scope creep upcharges we should have anticipated.
- Build. We design, develop, migrate, or remediate — with regular check-ins, a shared project workspace, and direct access to me throughout. You see progress in real time, not just at milestone presentations.
- Launch and beyond. Every project includes a launch QA process, training, and a smooth handoff. From there, you can move to a Care Plan, work with us on future projects, or simply have us on retainer for the moments you need us.
